We have been part of the consulting game with a working knowledge of the dos and don’ts of land consent and building on it. We also develop policies for the government to advise what can be done in those areas to enhance towns as land use development is a major part of business.
Our company is involved in the planning when the government plans RDP houses, as well as before power lines are erected by power companies. Our team liases and negotiates with the land owners of properties or farms, before the client begins construction, to create a win-win outcome for both parties.
